Rule 62
Meeting of the Labor Relations Committee
: (1) The meeting of the Labor Relations Committee shall be held under the chairmanship of the Coordinator at the date, time and place determined by him.
(2) The meeting of the committee will normally be held before or after the office hours so as not to disturb the daily operations of the establishment.
(3) Member-Secretary shall notify all members at least twenty-four hours in advance of the date, time and place of the meeting of the committee and also the topic of discussion in such meeting.
(4) Proceedings of the meeting will not proceed unless the workers are present at the meeting of the committee (5) The decision of the meeting of the committee shall be made by as much as possible unanimous vote of the members present at the meeting.
(6) If the committee deems it necessary, it may invite any expert, employer, labor supplier or trade union affiliated person to the meeting of the committee.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
